Synopsis:

Things have started to go awry as Flash leans into helping in the rescue of a team member of her group, Secret Six.

AWEsomeness:

The unusual take on the Flash and her Secret Six co-members gets richer and more intriguing when the text and graphics sync very well.

My Review:

Lia, with the help of her friends, takes on the evil forces that want to capture/destroy them. With the mini-comic puns of her Wile E. Coyote-themed dad, the issue maintains its light, reading materialistic nature. The art is well-suited and complements the plot. Just like the other one-shot, it is quite enjoyable. Here, loyalties and alliances shift around the Flash’s situation, and, as aforementioned, the art syncs well, rewarding the reader’s imagination with a wonderful treat.

Rating: 4½/5
