Synopsis:
This is a single-issue tale, where pre-crisis Wally West meets post-rebirth Wally West. In this the Flashes investigate the event that began in DC Universe: Rebirth.
AWEsomeness:
The plot is amazing, and the cover is a tribute to The Flash #123: Flash of Two Worlds (Sept 1961). The plot syncs well with the art.

My View:
The cover of this book is a tribute to the aforementioned 1961 issue, in which Barry Allen meets Jay Garrick. This issue has a Wally West party in the issue, and more than the meeting, there’s a decent cliffhanger powerful enough to add more volt to the story. Summing it up, the whole issue is an enticing one, laced with big reveals. Joshua Williamson does a wonderful job with dialogue and pacing along with Joege’s lightning-crackling art. A Flash fan would love it, especially the fans of the red-haired Wally!
