Synopsis:

An intriguing Ultimate Marvel Event, played out by Nick Fury to save his image when it comes to notice that he failed in his mission to kill the green menace. So, here we have a showdown between two berserkers and with a cameo of another green giant. A born mutant warring with a created mutant…it is nature vs. tech in one way and one of the most brutal showdowns ever!

The plot is good and the art is wonderful and gory where it is required. Francis Yu’s style rocks in sync with Lindelof’s story to create a powerful clashing showdown.

My View:

The story is superb! It’s the one, everyone’s waited for…a gory clash between the clawed berserker and the green goliath. Yeah, it’s horrifying as Hulk tears Wolverine apart, but at the same time—a fucking W-O-A-H—escapes as the plot gets funny and brutal as fuck, simultaneously. Hulk is given the characteristics that also depict Hulk’s fall/rise similar to the Hulk in the Old Man Logan verse or his imperfect future Maestro scenarios. The art just fits the tone of the story making it more immersive.
