Marvel’s ’26 starts with Wonder Man and ends with Avengers: Doomsday

Well, what can we say but ’25 is going into the books, and ’26 is here. ’25 has seen a colorful set of Marvel TV shows such as Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart, Eyes of Wakanda, and Marvel Zombies, along with MCU flicks, Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts*, Fantastic Four: First Steps.

As we await the release of Daredevil: Born Again Season 02, dated for March 2026, we’ve heard, Marvel plans to go ahead with Marvel’s TV-MA-rated take on a zombiecalypse! Yes, some huge plans are brewing for the Marvel Zombies.

Yes, you read that right, they fuckin’ want the zombies running amok.

The studio has been active with the plans for Marvel Zombies Season 02. But the wait is on for an official announcement. Although Marvel Zombies Season 01 is happening on a different timeline that spiraled out of What If…?, they all have to come together in Avengers: Doomsday, suggesting that elements from the zombie universe could be referenced in future Multiverse or upcoming sagas. 

According to Brad Winderbaum, Head of Streaming, Television and Animation at Marvel Studios, Marvel Zombies Season 02 would happen, as long as the first season is being checked out by enough fans. “People have got to subscribe to Disney+ and watch this show. If that happens, they will get more. And we are excited. We’re ready,” he told ComicBook.

But as this is going, we have Wonder Man moved from Dec ’25 to Jan 27, 2026, which is partially set before Iron Man 3, where we get to see Trevor’s role in the MCU before he appeared as Mandarin. And it seems everything will converge in Avengers: Doomsday on 18th Dec ’26.

Wonder Man is scheduled to air on Jan 27, 2026, while Daredevil: Born Again Season 02 is scheduled for Mar 2026.
