The Cosmic Raptor is a giant cosmic bird that resides beyond the Source Wall. It was once assigned with the task to seal Perpetua and the totality of her powers in the Source Wall, after Mar Novu, Alpheus, and Mobius alerted the judges of the Source Wall about their mother Perpetua’s doings. It was set to punish the Super Celestial for misusing her powers for selfish motivation. After sealing her in the Source Wall, it disappeared into the fabric of creation.

Nigh-Omnipotence as it dwarfed Perpetua and her army.
