One scary, night of chaos & survival is unleashed in a Gotham City-wide crossover

DC Comics is never short of events, especially Batman-related ones. Yeah, DC is all set to kick off another major Batman event soon.

Running from August to October, Poison Ivy unleashes an act of eco-terrorism, transforming Gotham into a hostile landscape of prehistoric plant life.

Told across one long night, the event will have heroes, villains, and citizens fight to survive to see the next morning.  

Led by showrunners Matt Fraction and G. Willow Wilson, Batman: Bad Seeds is a Gotham-wide comic book crossover pulling every corner of the city into this eco-crisis.

And to make matters more tough, the Bat-Family is hunted, and the GCPD fractured under Commissioner Vandal Savage’s militarized rule.

On August 26, prelude to Batman: Bad Seeds will be published on August 26 in Poison Ivy #47, while the event officially begins with Batman: Bad Seeds – Sunset #1 on August 26.  

The event will continue across September & October throughout the pages of Batman, Detective Comics, Poison Ivy, Batgirl, Batwoman, Catwoman, Nightwing, and Harley Quinn, along with several new titles.

More details of the event are yet to be revealed.
