Aamchi Mumbai hosted Mumbai Comic Con on 9^th May & 10^th May ’26. Fans and comic con lovers appeared. There were exciting sessions with some amazing talents of comic houses, including Abhijeet Kini (Tinkle, DimDima, Bombay Rhymes, Fanboys, Ghosts of South India), Ramón K. Pérez (Jim Henson’s Tale of Sand and Jane, Nova: Resurrection, The Amazing Spider-Man: Learning to Crawl, All-New Hawkeye, Stillwater). Gorgeous Tamannaah Bhatia (Baahubali, KGF, Odela 2, Lust Stories 2, etc.) and cool dude Sidharth Malhotra (Ek Villain, Yodha, Thank God, Param Sundari, etc.), backed by the producer giants Ektaa R Kapoor, the Queen of Indian television, and Arunabh Kumar, the founder of TVF, launched The Legend of Vvan. Heard, the book and its upcoming movie (Vvan – Force of the Forrest, releasing on Aug 28, 2026) can open up a world of fan fiction. And then last, but not the least, there was Yvon & Christian, the Tremblay brothers, the co-creators of SWAT Kats.
