Synopsis:

A hostile visitor, none other than Goku’s older brother, arrives on Earth. And he comes bearing a long-lost origin story for Goku, but a sacrifice unknowingly paves the way for a bad tide. The arc focuses on Goku teaming up with his friends, Krillin, Bulma, Yamcha, Chiaoltzu, Tien, his son, Gohan, and his old nemesis, Piccolo, and King Kai, the king of the northern parts of the universe to save the world and dragon balls from falling into the evil hands of two brutal members of his actual alien race, and one is the ruthless prince of the Saiyan race.

AWEsomeness:

Akira Toriyama’s work is superb. The book resonates with the energy plays and Saiyan battles.

My View:

Am a Dragon Ball fan for quite some time, so when I saw the colored manga was available, I was on the 11th cloud and had to have it, especially the starting sagas. The colored manga brings back memories…it’s pure nostalgia! The vibrant colors and the strong illustrations are just the right ingredients. Dragon Ball Z is my first anime, so seeing it arrive in color just got me more excited. The entire Saiyan Arc is played out energetically, emphasizing the importance of strength, teamwork, and martial arts technique by introducing contrasting themes and values. While reading these colored manga, it is nostalgia, and it makes you feel like you’re watching the show all over again, and gives you the urge to shout Kaameehaameehaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

And, in BCC ’23, I brought Vegeta in oozaru form, collectible. It’s a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious piece displaying the raw saiyajin power!
