Synopsis:
The world’s gravest supervillains meet the world’s greatest superheroes, as realities collide. Here everything is about to be twisted; it is the Crime Syndicate of Amerika vs. the Justice League of America. Who will win!?
AWEsomeness:
An interesting plot with a rather unexpected climax to a JLA book. The art was lumpy as Frank’s signature art; but it was good and fine, as it depicted the character’s humane presence.

My review:
I think this was the first book in my life that introduced me to an alternate reality on an intriguing level. And also made me fall more in love with DC than any other. I think they could have made Brainiac some more of a bigger threat, but it’s fine. With the anti-climax ending, it just feels right. This CSA/JLA showdown is an intriguing one. I have the Gotham special version of it. And is truly one of my oldest Pandoraians and is a pre-infinite crisis book. This’ a standalone story and not directly connected to any of the DC continuity. The story is compelling and observes the differences in familiar tropes by taking the form of metafictional conceits without destroying its fun or vigor. This is still regarded as one of the top JLA books, albeit it is not in continuity. DCAU’s Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths borrows the plot loosely from this run.

This sounds like an intense and thrilling showdown between the Crime Syndicate and the Justice League! The idea of realities colliding adds such a fascinating layer to the story. I’m curious about how the unexpected climax plays out—does it leave room for a sequel or spin-off?
Hmm…this’ a standalone, and I don’t think there would be any sequel or spin-off. If there was any such plan, it should’ve materialized by now. And colliding realities is always enticing.
Exactly what I was looking for, regards for putting up.
Cool, am glad 😉
