Synopsis:

The ‘Batman: Knightfall’ arc continues, with Bruce suffering a mental and physical breakdown after battling Bane. The mantle of the Bat is passed onto Jean-Paul Valley, but will the new Caped Crusader be sane enough to hold onto the mantle, as he must as his idea of justice takes a violent and deadly turn? Jean-Paul Valley is set to establish a revamped dark knight’s terror on the criminal world as he sets out to take revenge on Bane. Bruce’s allies, Nightwing & Robin try to come to grips with Bruce’s decision to pass the Bat mantle with enemies being already enemies, now friends are turning into enemies too!

AWEsomeness:

The art is good and the plot is well…it wasn’t as rocking as its predecessor but still good enough to intrigue a reader.

My View:

The humongous arc continues with plenty of side plots and I came to know that this collection doesn’t have the issues with Bruce’s recovery. But it is interesting as it keeps the action pumped up, with some bitter consequences and turnouts. An engaging book in every manner, still holding the Batman: KnightFall momentum, even if I slowed a bit.

Rating: 4.5/5
