AWEsomeness:
An enticing story, clear enough to give its chills with the enticing storyline and fantastic artwork.

My View:
An amazing storyline with a gripping effect. It is an emotional, social horror, thriller amalgamation. Another beauty from Yali. The plot just thickens deeper and deeper as it combines with blood and gore, depicting gruesome scenes of hardcore violence and gut-wrenching body horror. The angles are perfect, showcasing the emotions meant. With a fantastic build-up, the story is actually worth the time. I think I’d ordered this Indie graphic novel directly from the publisher’s homesite.
The Amazon Prime adaptation by Milind Rau wasn’t up to the mark; it lacked lustre, scares, vitality, and was quite mediocre and cliché, albeit Tamil star, Arya, played the protagonist. Too many redundant dialogues, wailing, and screaming. I felt the screenplay was a pity; I saw it for the namesake and wanted to see how much justice it did to the graphic version, and all I can say is that the adaptation sucked, and my time was wasted!
