Synopsis:

The federal government has authorized a crackdown on vigilantes, and an elite force is on Batman and his associates. Now, it’s up to them to band together and save themselves by taking the fight back to the enemies. Will Gotham City and its inhabitants survive the firefight between the government-sanctioned Bloodhawks and the Bat-family?

AWEsomeness:

The story is captivating and thrilling, but the art was just lean-ishly okay, except for some moments.

My Review:

As I said before, the story had its thrill. Moench had Bullock and Montoya assisting Gordon in cracking the politics behind the whole mess. It is considered a standalone. It is also considered non-canonical to current continuity, the story has great potential at the start, albeit it lessens a bit later. It is filled with explosive action and thrill, militarization of justice, and moral conduct. It tells the tale of Gotham guardians and their courage, loyalty, and in all their unyielding, indomitable spirit in protecting those around them.

Rating: 4.5/5 stars
