They might have a year or so of gap in between
An Avenger flick is always something huge. From just Avengers (2012) to Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame it became colossal. And now the fans are gonna expect it to get more bigger and so all eyes are on Avengers: Secret Wars. Originally developed by Michael Waldron, it is now vetted by Stephen McFeely who is working with the Russo brothers and Avengers: Doomsday.
In a recent interview, it was revealed that the scripts for both, Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, were still being written, the studio has no plans to shoot them side-by-side like Avengers: Infinity War & Avengers: Endgame. With a lot of storylines being brought together, these are going to be big, big movies with many characters raining down.
The MCU studio is planning to kick off the Avengers: Doomsday production by Spring ‘25 and Avengers: Secret Wars in the UK after a year.
These are gonna be very, very big movies with a lot of characters in them and a lot of storylines coalescing. We’re really happy with how they’re coming together right now.
-Joe Russo
The SDCC revelation was something like a cherry on top for most of the fans, and YouTuber @Smasher’s
video is the best one for this:
So, unlike the earlier two, these will have a longer break between each flick. Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame had something like a four-week break.
