Zack Snyder, Christopher Nolan & Saudis, all set to rejuvenate the SnyderVerse
Well, gear up lotz, you read it right, there are more chances to get SnyderVerse rejuvenated. And if the rumors are to be believed, James Gunn’s Gunnverseified DCU is in for a toast. Paramount and the Saudis are teaming up, which could spell B-A-D for James, as he might be forced out due to his divisive politics.
As per multiple reports from the sources, Warner Bros. Discovery is officially up for sale, and siding with it, Zack Snyder’s nonstop DCEU images, images of Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Jared Leto, and Jason Momoa, and liking fan content on Instagram comparing Gunn’s DCU projects to Zack’s films.
And the news is being celebrated everywhere, coz this isn’t just a return to complete the Justice League, but is the rejuvenation of the thought-to-be-lost universe.
And to add hype to the excitement, we’ve got Christopher Nolan acting as the executive producer. It’s a known fact that Christopher Nolan backed Zack Snyder on Man of Steel and helped shape the original DCEU vision, before it was derailed. Zack is now trying to set up the SnyderVerse outright.
As per the sources, Henry Cavill is back as Superman, Gal Gadot is back as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa will be back as Aquaman, Ray Fisher will be back as Cyborg; Ezra Miller’s role as the Flash is doubtful, and Ben Affleck’s return could mean a lot of physical work.

We think we’re all gonna see the return of the original stars. When everyone thought Henry Cavill was coming back as the Man of Steel, James happened. Gal Gadot has been actively supporting SnyderVerse posts, and with it, this hints at the return of Batfleck, after Ben Affleck publicly disowned working with James Gunn and his DCU. And also, Ezra Miller might return to reprise his role as Barry Allen a.k.a. the Flash.
Saudis wanna rival Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday with a SnyderVerse-level event.
But, above all this, Saudi Arabia is leading the race to acquire WBD, with a trillion-dollar fund. And to make matters more intriguing, we have Zack already working with the Saudis.
Yeah, you read that right! Zack and the UFC partnered with Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, chaired by Turki Alalshikh, to produce an upcoming film, which Zack is directing and co-writing, Brawler. The Saudis have Zack’s back with the creative choice, tying him directly with their entertainment expansion plans.
It doesn’t stop there. If the rumors are to be trusted, the kingdom wants major entertainment assets, major franchises, and massive theme-park IP, too, as part of their 2030 vision.
There are reports commenting that Patrick Caligiuri, Hollywood producer, revealed himself as the first to report about this deal, and further states that the deal’s now almost done, with the price estimated to reach $70 billion, and by December, the new owner will be announced.

Also, the Ellison-led consortium, Paramount has joined forces with Saudi Arabia and two other Middle Eastern funds to raise its bid for WBD to $71 billion, overtaking Comcast-Saudi offer by $1 billion. And with the Nov 20 deadline, all eyes are on WBD’s board, as they’ll choose between the three: a Paramount-Saudi alliance, a potential Comcast-backed purchase, or a Netflix-driven takeover.
