The Devil’s back to protect Hell’s Kitchen

Daredevil: Born Again S01 did the impossible, possible, by bringing back Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk/Kingpin back. Netflix’s Daredevil, which acted as the prequel for Daredevil Born Again, had set the expectations high, and the MCU show didn’t disappoint the fans.

With showrunner Dario Scardapane, Daredevil was soon the talk of the MCU town. Anyway, at the end of Daredevil: Born Again S01, we saw Mayor Kingpin making it hard for vigilantes in NYC by setting up the Anti-Vigilante Task Force.

Fans are waiting to see Charlie don the suit of Hell’s Kitchen’s protector. In this season, we will also see Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones join the MCU band, before the season wraps up in May. Yeah, Season 2 finale will release on May 5 on Disney+. But Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/Punisher won’t be appearing in it. Punisher got other plans, it seems.

Before making his MCU movie debut, Jon’s Punisher will appear in The Punisher: One Last Kill, the Punisher special set for May 12 on Disney+. Earlier, the Daredevil: Born Again S02 finale and The Punisher: One Last Kill were to be out on the same day. With this reshuffling of the dates, fans will have a week to absorb the outcome of the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 finale before connecting the dots with his role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Daredevil: Born Again S03 is in production and is planned for 2027.
