Soldier Boy believes he has completed all his stuff by June 10th

The Boys, based on the namesake comic series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, premiered on Prime Video on July 26, 2019. And it successfully maintained the excitement and ride across seasons 2, 3, and 4, and also with a fantastic spin-off, Gen V, which also has an upcoming season 2 planned, set for mid-Sept this year.

In May 2024 itself, Prime Video greenlit the fifth and final season, even before the release of the fourth season. It will mostly premiere in June 2026.

Jensen Ackles, who plays Ben/Soldier Boy, hopes that Season 5 will wrap up soon. In the mid-credits of the Season 4 finale, Calhoun shows Homelander (Antony Starr) where Soldier Boy is being held. Additionally, Karl Urban, who plays William “Billy” Butcher, has indicated the same in his Instagram post.

For now, Prime Video hasn’t officially announced anything about the release date or time of the show. Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins, two of Jensen’s co-stars in the series Supernatural, will join Season 5. Jack Quaid as Hugh “Hughie” Campbell Jr., Erin Moriarty as Annie January/Starlight, Karen Fukuhara as Kimiko Miyashiro/The Female, and Laz Alonso as Marvin T. “Mother’s” Milk/M.M., too, will reprise their roles in the final season.

The first four seasons of The Boys and Gen V’s first season are streaming on Prime Video.
