The Absolute Universe is ‘just’ getting bigger and better!
DC Universe is something massive, and each year’s titles are proof of that. In 2024, as part of DC’s All In initiative, the Absolute Batman, Absolute Wonder Woman, andAbsolute Superman of the Absolute Universe were launched. Now it’s been two years, and DC is preparing to launch its first major crossover event in an epic fashion.
Recently, in the DC event, DC K.O., orchestrated by Darkseid, the Absolute versions of Trinity clashed briefly with their DCU-Prime Earth counterparts.

Recently, a fan on social media addressed Scott Snyder genuinely, “Do you have an endgame in mind with the Absolute line, like Marvel’s Ultimate line? There’s something to be said for a complete story, rather than dragging out plot lines for profit.” Scott answered it in a very modest way, “No end is planned, no.”

As aforementioned, the first major crossover is on the way. No dates have been released yet. Chris Conroy, DC Comics exec, confirmed that, “You’re gonna be very excited to see what we can do with the canvas of a full-event miniseries. This is going to tie the stories together in a way that I think people are going to get really, really, really pumped about.”
There might be no end in sight for DC’s Absolute Universe, but there’s a whole set of limited-run series announced for 2026, like: Absolute Martian Manhunter, Absolute Green Arrow, and Absolute Catwoman.
More details on the Absolute Universe’s new titles are expected to come to light in the upcoming months.
