A race to retell the classic origin of the Marvel’s First Family
Well, the Disney & Marvel amalgamation is going on. Now, we have Mickey Mouse and friends come together in Marvel & Disney: What If…? Mickey & Friends Became The Fantastic Four #1. Written by Steve Behling and Riccardo Secchi, and with art by Lorenzo Pastrovicchio. An amazing take on Marvel’s first family with everyone’s iconic Disney characters.
This will be a panel-for-panel retelling in a very familiar manner. Readers can see how Mickey gets stretchable, how Minnie must make sacrifices, how Goofy saves a BBQ contest, and finally how incredible Donald has become.
What If…? Origin story with a Goofy Remake!
Everything worked well; i.e. the entire story retelling of the classic moments and all, but it had a comical touch. This touch makes the issue a reader will look for in a What If…? comic.
And to add more fun the Mole Man aka Pete’s minions rebel against him changing the flow of the issue funnily.
The way these characters fit is way cuter than expected for many, posing as a perfect companion read to re-release the original Fantastic Four #1.
Fantastic Four #1, and Marvel & Disney: What If…? Mickey & Friends Became the Fantastic Four #1 are now available.
