By now, we have completed a few serious action-packed, funny-bone crossovers. Some so far, could have happened in the CrossoverVerse or Earth-7642, while some happened between the mainstream universes. But whatever it be, they surely were fun. Now, in this V part of the crossover saga let’s start exploring dreams and nightmares, let us start the conclusion from here.
- A teen cursed enough to become the creatures from her many nightmares, Ariel Chylde, meets Sara Pezzini thanks to Kenneth Iron’s greed for power in Darkchylde/Witchblade (Sept 2000),

and after a decade, connecting it vaguely to The Darkness/Darkchylde: Kingdom of Pain (May 2010) crossover, with a brief cameo by Sara Pezzini. \
There was supposed to be another action-packed crossover, maybe a sequel with the three, The Darkness/Darkchylde/Witchblade: Starfall, but it never happened.
2. Tomoe a spin-off of Crusade Comic’s Shi clashes with Sara Pezzini’s Witchblade in Witchblade/Tomoe: Fire Sermon (Sept 1996) in which the art is really good compared to the story.

3. Witchblade (Sara) and Vampirella meet in a few crossovers, Vampirella/Witchblade: Brooklyn Bounce (Jul 2003),
followed by Vampirella/Witchblade: Union of the Damned (Oct 2004).

4. Later, almost in one year Tomb Raider/Witchblade/Magdalena/Vampirella issue which has a tad of a misleading cover as Tomb Raider doesn’t meet with the three in the crossover, but has a separate story of her own and not connected to the crossover (But we can turn a blind eye and see it as an artist’s love for everyone’s favorite badass ladies ever and normally comics do have such covers when they share two unconnected stories of two or more main characters), Witchblade/Magdalena/Vampirella: Convergence (Aug 2005)

5. We got a third book consisting of the crossover by the badass ladies in Vampirella/Witchblade: The Feast (Oct 2005).
All three Vampirella and Witchblade issues are collected in Vampirella/Witchblade trilogy (Jan 2006) .

Other than her crossovers with Sara and the Witchblade, Vampirella had exciting separate crossover one-shots with The Magdalene/Vampirella (Jul 2003) and another The Magdalena/Vampirella (Dec 2004), and the following year, she also had a crossover with a Top Cow anti-hero in Darkness/Vampirella (Jul 2005).

6. Witchblade also has adventures with Lady Death of Chaos Universe in Witchblade/Lady Death (Nov 2001), a crossover between Lady Death: Alive and Lady Death: Last Rites. Later after two decades, Lady Death crossovers with Medieval Witchblade in Lady Death/Medieval Witchblade (Aug 2021). But, it didn’t have the medieval time bearer, Katarina, but instead had the present-age bearer Sara Pezzini. Anyway, this seemed to be more of a crossover verse tale, unlike its preceding crossover.

7. Mentioning ‘medieval’ there is an enticing crossovers between houses where Medieval Spawn and Medieval Witchblade cross in a 3-parter Medieval Spawn/Witchblade (May 1996-Jul 1996) and later a 4-parterMedieval Spawn and Witchblade (May 2018).

8. But that’s not all for both the heroes. Image’s Spawn has exploits shared with Wildstorm’s comics’ WildC.A.T.S.’ Grifter and Zealot in Spawn/WildC.A.T.S.: Devil Day (Jan 1996-Apr 1996).

Spawn has enticing crossovers with the DC’s Dark Knight. Its sort of a same Earth arc (Crossover earth) with Batman-Spawn: War Devil (Mar 1994).
An imaginary tale disconnected from the main continuity happens as both the dark avengers clash in a companion piece to DC, The Dark Knight Returns, Spawn vs. Batman (Spring 1994).

This is a companion, and so it unfolds in Millerverse (Earth-31), but saying so still has no relevance to other works in the series other than the so-said-companion mentioned.

Both the Batman/Spawn plots are collected in the Batman/Spawn: The Classic Collection (Nov 2022).

But soon both the warriors of darkness come in another plot i.e. Batman/Spawn #1 (Dec 2022) and this one seems to have more issues ahead, and an inks-only version Batman/Spawn: Unplugged (Feb 2023) came out.

9. Now, let’s see the Caped Crusader’s team of the world’s greatest superheroes meet Sara Pezzini in this non-continuity plot, Witchblade/JLA (2000).

10. Then there are Top Cow characters clashing with Marvel ones. One is a clash between Top Cow and Marvel as Mephisto attempts to pucker the souls of the Top Cow Universe and return more powerful than ever, back to the Marvel universe in a 9-part long Top Cow/Marvel crossover, Devil’s Reign (Nov 1996).
Mephisto makes a brief cameo in Witchblade #11.

Later, in 2004, we get, The Darkness/The Incredible Hulk (July 2004) where a killer meets a pacifist. And a Witchblade/Wolverine: Bloody Wedding (Jun 2004) in which both the heroes marry each other and things get rough with the party-crashers.

Devil’s Reign, The Darkness/Hulk, and Witchblade/Wolverine were collected in Top Cow-verse, into the Top Cow/Marvel Crossover Collection (Dec 2005).
Devil’s Reign does not have a solo TPB.
(Don’t confuse this with the Marvel Daredevil (2022) event Devil’s Reign…totally different story)
11. But, after one year in The Darkness/Wolverine (Sept 2006). Darkness and Logan clash and an ol’ tale is of Wolverine’s earlier clash with another Darkness bearer had happened.

Two years after the bloody wedding plot, Marvel and Top Cow releases Witchblade/the Punisher (Jun 2007). It’ ‘s stated to occur before Witchblade #100.
The Punisher’s sudden appearance in another verse perplexes readers, if the crossover is connected to mainstream or not. (Eg: Punisher’s clashes with Batman, Archie, and now Sara).
Well, that were some crossovers. Now, we’ll have a few more of enticing crossovers to look into. In the next penultimate chapter of this crossover saga, after 6 days we shall explore some brutal crossovers when monsters from AVP verse meet up heroes of another universe for some action-packed goriest duels. So, till then check which ones of the above you have or would love to have in your Pandora!
