Now, as mentioned in the last post, we have some bloody gut-wrenching crossovers to look into. Things get messy when the monsters (Aliens and Predator) are out to create havoc.

  1. The extreme-mindless killing machine, Aliens create havoc in Witchblade/Aliens/Darkness/Predator: Mindhunter (Dec 2000-Feb 2001), with three issues,
W/A/D/P Mindhunter

W/A/D/P Overkill

and preceding it is Overkill: Witchblade/Aliens/Darkness/Predator  (Nov-Dec 1999) with 2 issues. Overkill seems like a prequel to Mindhunters and the first encounter with these bloody hunter/prey match.

Archie/Predator

2. In the middle of all these superhero action-packed crossovers, we get the two hilarious but seriousness-packed Archie vs.Predator  (Apr-Jul 2015) with four issues, followed by a sequel later Archie vs. Predator II  (Jul-Nov 2019) with five issues.

Speaking of the ruthless hunter tribe, Predator; the perfect killing machine, the Xenomorphs, Aliens, aren’t far away, and it’s time they met Marvel heroes as they all are owned by Disney via one good acquisition or other.

In Mar 2019, with the full acquisition of 21st Century Fox and the license properties of the Aliens, Predator, and Aliens vs. Predator, Walt Disney Company, transferred them to Marvel Comics.

and soon it’ll be followed with Predator versus Black Panther (Aug 2024) with two or more issues.

Their encounter with DC heroes is something to be talked of coz the appearance they made was when they were owned by Dark Horse.

4. The Dark Knight encountered the perfect killing machine in Batman/Aliens (Mar-Apr 1997) with two issues,

Batman/Aliens

9. Other Dark Horse characters have met with the DC characters, not just Joker and the Mask (which we’d mention in the third part), for actions and explosions more than just a laugh.

There is a two-issue intercompany crossover between Batman/Hellboy/Starman (2016)

Then there’s a four-part Ghost/Batgirl: The Resurrection Machine (2000) who joined hands to fight Greymatter who was responsible for reanimating dead bodies through the use of his “resurrection machine” for his motives. Even Two-Face plays a role by seeking revenge on Greymatter for disturbing his property.  It is seen as Cassie’s only crossover and a canon.

Ghost/Batgirl
Superman/T-800

Then there is also an out-of-continuity battle between Superman and the T-800s in a four-part Superman vs. the Terminator: Death to the Future (2000)

Speaking about a clash with T-800, we’ve an interesting crossover. A 4-issue Transformers vs. The Terminator (2020) where we have Skynet sending a lone T-800 back in time to destroy the dormant Cybertronians.
